Reducing vibration and structure borne noise improves machine operation, minimizes machine wear, and lowers decibel level exposures to employees.    The Red-Line Anchor Pads are designed to fit between the subject machine and the floor or table on which it sits.  These pads are appropriate for applications where anchor bolts are not required.  Red Line pads are designed to isolate the machine from sources of shock and vibration or to prevent shock and vibration from transmitting from the machine into the surrounding environment.  The pads are available in standard sheets of 36" x 60" for natural wool felt, and 36"x72" for synthetic felt.    Custom cut sizes are available upon request.

Red-Line pads are highly resistant or impervious to most industrial chemicals, oils and moisture.  In most cases life expectancy will exceed that of the machinery with which they are installed.   Proper isolation pads will improve machinery performance, extend machine life, reduce machine down-time, prevent floor damage, and will keep light and medium-duty machines from "creeping" or "walking".  By substantially reducing or eliminating the harmful effects of vibration and noise, the work environment becomes a safer and more desirable place for workers and overall effectiveness of production machinery is improved.
