Quantum IM Mounts were designed especially for injection molding machines, die casting machines, and other machinery exhibiting reciprocating horizontal forces.   These mounts provide optimum leveling, alignment and vibration isolation in minutes without anchoring either the machine or machine mounts to the floor.    The mounts feature: rugged ductile housings, super heavy-duty impact plates, resilient anti-walk isolation pads, high-strength steel adjustment bolts, and provide a constant horizontal natural frequency. 

The unique internal pad design eliminates the interdependence between vertical adjustment and horizontal stiffness found in other mount designs.  The pad design ensures that each mounting point presents identical horizontal and vertical load deflection characteristics to the machine regardless of the adjustment height.  Every model size in the product line provides an overall height adjustment of 1-3/8 inches.  This adjustment range goes well beyond that of our mount competitors worldwide.  The high-strength hex adjustment bolt is capable of withstanding punishment that would shear off most other bolts.  The fine thread pitch on the adjustment bolt provides greater mechanical advantage and offers a higher degree of accuracy during the installation and leveling process.
