Please note that all orders custom cut for size or color are considered non-returnable items. All sales are final on all custom orders. These include Fabric Panels, Ceiling Clouds, Wallcoverings, Theater Tiles, Sound Blankets, Window/Door Plugs, Variscreens, Curtitions, and the balance of our full line of custom created sound control products.
The only exception on returns is if the freight carrier should accidentally damage your order en route to your project site. We are extremely proud of our product quality out the door, and take great pride in our ability to package each order based on the unique weight and dimensional size of the order. We have long standing relationships with the best freight forwarders in the business, including maximum volume discounts with each, and rarely experience any kind of problem with delivery. But NetWell cannot control the quality of the delivery once the material has been picked up at our location. We are not responsible for damages that occur while enroute to your location. It as at the discretion of each driver to handle your order in a proper manner. Over 20 years, it has been our experience that 98% of all orders arrive in perfect shape, but sometimes there are mishaps.
Protect Your Investment!
When you take delivery on your order, please take the time WHILE THE DRIVER IS THERE to inspect your order. If there is any damage to your order, sign for it as damaged goods and fax the paperwork to NetWell at 1-763-694-8909. Include digital images of the damage if possible. We are then able to reproduce your order at the freight carriers expense, not your own. Without proper documentation, however, we can only recreate the order at the customer's expense.
Also, please note that depending on the bulk size of your order, there may be special delivery instructions required to help the driver deliver your order. Non-loading dock project sites will need lift gates, for instance, with on site help to move the material into your facility. The truck drivers are responsible for getting the material TO your site, not INSIDE your facility. So be sure to work with our help desk to finalize appropriate shipping instructions.
We do not want you to be overly concerned with the quality of your delivery. The vast majorityi of all our projects are delivered with ease and perfection. These words of advice come from years of experience, and are designed to simply help both of us avoid unwelcome headaches when accidents occur!
