When your order is delivered, the "foam" side is adhered to the inside walls of your enclosure, while the "aluminized mylar" side will be facing in towards your noise source. Cover 100% of your common surface to avoid decay in results. Use industrial strength adhesives for side walls, and consider mechanical fasteners for appending to a ceiling.
