These sound barrier lagging products are designed to deaden the transmission of noise through the cutouts in your common surface assembly. They are not intended as a stand-alone product. They are intended to compliment a full wall or ceiling sound barrier assembly. We do not recommend placing Exhaust Fan covers atop Light Cannisters due to heat.
