Installation
QBS Blankets are simply free hung from a floor mounted frame or the ceiling of your facility. Clients typically provide their own framing system, constructing it from 2x4 lumber, angle iron, unistrut, tubular steel, chain link fence, or any other support structure strong enough to support 1.5 pounds per sq foot. We also supply a framing kit for those who wish to purchase one rather than build on their own.
They come in maximum 54" widths x custom cut to length. Each section is grommeted across the top, and velcroed down the edges for interconnection. Note that any blanket can be custom cut to size, including cutouts for holes, slits, patches, strip curtains, windows, openings, ventilation hoods, and a variety of other customized cuts that can be applied to make these work for your unique application.
