Tips
Soundblocks are reserved for either sound testing environments or extreme low bass industrial noise. First, be sure you need class A fire rated melamine foam to cut these blocks from. If not, opt instead for the standard MAX Soundblocks made from less costly polyurethane foam. Apply the panels with standard silicone adhesive in a parquet style to the surfaces you seek to treat.
If you are building a sound test room, apply to 100% of the 4 walls, ceiling and floor if you are able. Install a plank walkway to the middle of the floor, and apply the foam to the rest of the floor. In the middle of this room is where you can place the product you are sound testing.
