| Orders will ship ground freight via common carrier. When your order arrives, do not let the driver leave until you inspect your order. If there was any damaged caused to your order during shipping, you will need to sign for the material as damaged, and have the driver confirm. Only with these signatures are we able to remedy the problem and replace your order at no additional charge to you. These sound panels average 4 weeks to produce and ship. If you are in need of quicker turnaround time, we offer an expedite option. Add 20% to the value of your order, and we will guarantee shipment within 5 working days once your order has been confirmed in our system. Expedite orders must be placed by phone only to confirm schedules.
The maximum size per panel is 4’ width x 10’ height. Custom size panels are available upon request, and ordered only by phone or fax, not online. Simply average your custom size panel up to the nearest panel dimension shown above to determine your price.
Edge detail can include square, round, bevel or miter cuts. The panel pricing above reflects square cuts only. Add $5 per panel for the other cut options. All edges will be resin treated for strength and durability. Be sure to request your edge treatment when ordering by phone, fax or online.
Installation options include impaling clips with glue, Rotofast clips, or ZTrack. The panel pricing does not reflect your install method. Add $5 per panel for impaling clips or Rotofast, add $20 per panel for ZTrack. For any questions related to your panel treatment, call our help desk at 1-800-638-9355.
Also, please note that because each Fabric Panel order is custom cut to size and color, we do not accept returns on this material. Any client that attempts a return will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee and freight charges both ways.
