Faxing Your Order
Orders can be faxed to NetWell using the fax number below. We accept company purchase orders for Commercial/Industrial customers, and also provide a NetWell order form if you would prefer to use ours. Please mark "confirming only" if any faxed order has also been placed to NetWell by phone. Credit terms are extended to Commercial/Industrial accounts only. If you are a new customer, we ask that you complete include a credit application with your order. For all customers, we accept MC/Visa. Orders can also be placed online using our secure PayPal program.
