Rules for Referral Rebates

The following guidelines have been established for approving Referral Rebates at NetWell Noise Control.   Please note that no Referral Rebates are approved after an order has been placed.   All Referal Rebates need to have signed request forms submitted into our office in advance of the order in question.

Steps you need to take:

1.    Fax a completed Referral Rebate Form to 1-763-694-8909 before placing any order.
2.    On the form, incluce your rebate preference for payment.

Steps NetWell will take:

1.    NetWell will contact your Referral to discuss their sound control needs.
2.    NetWell will produce and deliver the order as standard operating procedure.
3.    NetWell will confirm with you the Referral Rebate option you prefer:

a.   Charge the order in full to a credit card and send 10% to you; or
b.  Apply the 10% rebate direct to the credit card; or
c.   Invoice the order in full and send 10% to you upon payment; or
d.   Invoice the order with the 10% discount applied.

4.    Referral Rebates will not qualify for orders of less than $500.
5.    Referral Rebates are limted to $2000 maximum value.
6.    Rebate checks will be sent within 30 days of NetWell receiving payment on the order
8.    Case Study Rebates will not apply to Referral customers
9.    Referral Rebates are not offered to approved NetWell Dealers 
10.   Rebates are approved for new referrals only.    Referring existing customers will
       not qualify for a Referral Rebate.
11.  Referral Rebates are limited to one rebate per new referral.   Multiple orders from the
       same referral will not qualify for any rebates.
