The Challenge:
Redeemer Lutheran Church in Estherville, Iowa had contacted NetWell Noise Control for help in soundproofing their fellowship hall. The facility played host to a variety of social gatherings, including dinners, weddings, funerals, kids activities and senior activities. The voice reflections in the room were too strong, creating unwelcome levels of background noise that served to heighten the decibel levels in the room. Our goal was to slow the reverberation time down to acceptable levels, cleaning out the background noise, and returning the room to normal conversational tones.

The Result:
The Ceiling Clouds performed as promised. The reverberation times in the room were slowed to a minimum as the panels captured and converted the unwanted sound reflections. This cleaned out the background noise and delivered the room back to normal conversational tone settings.

The Treatment:
With tile floors and a wooden ceiling, the decision was made to perform a ceiling treatment with the use of a series of suspended Ceiling Clouds. The Clouds are suspended horizontally from the ceiling, designed to float out over the room to help abate the unwanted sound reflections that are the cause for the unwelcome background noise.
