Start by following our advice listed in the Walls section of this Guide where we outline how to block the noise in your music studio from transmitting out of the room.    Also check the Floors or Ceilings section too if appropriate for your treatment.    The treatments we discuss are for new build or existing rooms.

Door Plugs and Window Plugs are good, portable sound barrier curtains that we can custom cut to fit your dimensions.   They will protect against the noise bleeding out of existing doors and windows, and can be rolled up and stored when not in use.

The most popular absorption panel for price is the 3" thick Pyramid panel.   Available in 6 colors, line the perimeter walls of your room with the material.    You do not need 100% coverage, target 50% wall coverage and place the panels where you like.   The quantities installed trigger your results, not the location of the material.    Also note that any of the sound absorption panel systems reduce reverberation within the room, they do not serve to deaden noise from bleeding out of the room.
