 The Results
By capturing and converting approrpiate levels of sound wave reflections, we reduce echoes down to 2.0 seconds or less, which is the threshold level for human ear. Most rooms, untreated for sound control, will carry echoes for up to 10 seconds before they expire on their own. Ceiling Clouds collapse this standing reverberation time, which in turn makes the room much more user friendly. Following the completion of the Cloud installation, the United Methodist Church was able to fill the room with people who could now converse in normal conversational tones. No longer was their competition between conversations, or the need to raise voices over the level of background noise.
"We have received many compliments on the appearance of NetWell's Ceiling Clouds, most agree that it has improved the physical appearance of the room. It definitely has changed the level of echo, thank you to NetWell Noise Control!"
